Restorative Therapy Co. is a place where western physical therapy evaluation & assessment meets the traditional eastern Hatha yoga instruction. We take a special interest in helping individuals who are ready to make positive changes to their physical wellbeing. Our “non-traditional” approach to physical therapy & wellness integrates breath awareness, functional movements, and spinal/joint alignment during private & group instruction.

We want everybody to feel comfortable and excited about their own physical health & wellness. Restorative Therapy Co. is a safe and therapeutic space for individuals of all body types. We aim to reduce suffering caused by acute or chronic pain, improve physical function, and positively affect the quality of life of individuals. We offer evaluation, private treatment, and group instruction. It is important to us that we spend a lot of time educating our clients, and empowering them to make positive choices about their own personal health.
