BECCA ELLIS

Owner

Becca is a Board certified and licensed Physical Therapist with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University. 

​

Areas of focus include  myofascial dysfunction, orthopedics, widespread or chronic pain syndromes,
 medical yoga for spine, postural, and orthopedic care.

​

Outside of work, Becca is a mommy to two awesome little boys, and wife to a very patient and kind man.

TARA PANDISCIA 
 
PT, DPT, PYT, GCS

Tara is a Board certified and licensed Physical Therapist with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from East Carolina University.

​

Areas of focus include Geriatric Clinical Specialist, balance and fall prevention, and neurological movement disorders such as Parkinson’s Disease and MS.

​

Originally from Ohio, Tara relocated to Virginia Beach in 2019 with her husband and their 2 cats.

KIRKLAND TUCKER
 
PT, DPT

Kirkland is a Board certified and licensed Physical Therapist with a Doctorate of Physical
Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University.
 

Areas of focus include adolescent injury prevention and rehabilitation, orthopedics, sports
medicine, neuromuscular and postural re-education, and vestibular therapy.
 

Outside of work, Kirkland enjoys horse-back-riding, playing tennis, and exploring the outdoors
with her husband, newborn son, and two dogs.

BRITNI MAHER

PT, DPT, MTC, CMTPT

Britni received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Old Dominion University in 2009.

 

She then earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine in 2012.

 

Areas of focus included manual therapy, dry needling, orthopedics, pre and post-surgical and spinal rehab.  

Britni is a Virginia Beach local. When she’s not working with her patients, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and chasing her dogs at the beach

ANDREW LANTZ

Andrew is a Board certified and licensed physical therapist with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine.

​

Areas of focus include orthopedics, sports medicine, dry needling, strength and conditioning, manual therapy, chronic pain and mindfulness.

​

A Virginia Beach native, Andrew is a father to 2 awesome little boys and married to a wonderful wife!

ASHLEY SCIFRES 
 PT, DPT

Ashley is a Board certified and licensed Physical Therapist with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University.

 

Areas of focus include postural/core stability, shoulder dysfunction, orthopedics, geriatrics, balance disorders, neuromuscular reeducation, injury prevention, and  post PT wellness.

 

Ashley loves living in Virginia Beach and enjoys spending her time outside of work doing anything outdoors with her two boys and her wonderful husband.

ALLISON WOODS 
 
PT, DPT

Allison is a Board Certified and licensed physical therapist with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University

 

Areas of focus include general orthopedics, sports medicine including injury prevention and return to sport/activity, as well as chronic pain.

 

Allison enjoys all things sports. She and her wonderful husband are proud parents to their son and daughter who are both very energetic and loving kids!

Franny is a Board-certified and licensed Physical Therapist with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Duke University.

Areas of focus include general orthopedics across the lifespan, sports medicine with injury prevention and return to sport, balance disorders and neuroeducation, as well as incorporating mindfulness strategies into her practice.

​

Originally from upstate NY, Franny enjoys exploring and spending time outdoors, being active in many sports, and spending time with her sweet husband and two cats
