Therapeutic Yoga

Therapeutic yoga is provided by a physical therapist and yoga teacher. Mindfulness training and movement practices are taught in order to help the client achieve their personal goals. We take a whole body approach in this treatment, so all aspects of wellness can be talked about and addressed. Great for individuals dealing with chronic stress and/or pain syndromes.

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy can make immediate improvements to your range of motion and reduction in your pain. Thoughtful and appropriate manual therapy is critical for post-surgical results, and getting you back to full function. Treatments can create greater mobility, gains in strength, and healing responses from the body.

Balance & Vestibular Therapy

The Otago Exercise Program is a 1-year program of balance and strengthening exercises customized to each individual and delivered by a physical therapist.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is a form of alternative medicine in which a local suction is created on the skin with the application of silicone cups. Using cups during treatment can help the patient manage pain while working on range of motion and mobility.

Physical therapy treatments are always one-on-one, with your personal physical therapist (we do not have assistants), and focused on you!

Your examination will include a detailed health history intake and discussion of goals, a musculoskeletal screen, postural assessment, strength & flexibility testing, orthopedic special tests, balance measures, and review of your individualized plan of care.

With Direct Access, you no longer need physician referral (previously mandated by state law) to access physical therapist services for evaluation and treatment. You can come see us without visiting your physician first! No delay in care, decreased cost to you, improved functional outcomes, and decreased frustration in seeking a physical therapy appointment.

*Medicare patients can come see us Direct Access for an evaluation but are mandated to have a signed plan of care by a physician to continue treatment.
