60 Minute Initial Evaluations
Your examination will include a detailed health history intake and discussion of goals, a musculoskeletal screen, postural assessment, strength & flexibility testing, orthopedic special tests, balance measures, and review of your individualized plan of care.
Direct Access- Do I need a referral?
With Direct Access, you no longer need physician referral (previously mandated by state law) to access physical therapist services for evaluation and treatment. You can come see us without visiting your physician first! No delay in care, decreased cost to you, improved functional outcomes, and decreased frustration in seeking a physical therapy appointment. *Medicare patients can come see us Direct Access for an evaluation but are mandated to have a signed plan of care by a physician to continue treatment.
